Welcome to the Foothill Citrus Soccer Officials web site. FCSOA is one of 10 Units of the Southern California Soccer Officials Association ( SCSOA ). Our Unit is responsible for providing soccer officials for over 1900 high school soccer games for the CIF-SS.
Our area of coverage stems from the west side of the San Gabriel at the 605 Fwy. to the East at the 15 Fwy.
We provide comprehensive training for entry level & returning officials. If you are interested in officiating high school soccer go to our Certification Information page for information about the requirements.
